Nice substle taste
The 1st time I tried this with cold water it wouldn't mix. It was clumpy and gummy. So I tried mixing 2 scoops with just enough room temperature water to mix with a frother, added cold water, ice and it was good. I will definitely purchase again

Very good
I got it yesterday, opened it up and used it to flavor a dessert I made a couple of days ago. Because I'm insulin resistant, I am avoiding 99% of deserts and carbs. It's hard to give up cheesecake or such kind of deserts, but I make one out of equal amounts of cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and whipped cream. I sweeten it with Allulose, and add a little lemon juice. Mix it all together and let it chill. It is similar to cheesecake (to me), but I wanted a pineapple flavor in it. This powder worked real well, and only needed about 1 teaspoon in the mixture of 2 cups worth of mixture.I've already got lemon powder and lime powder, and I'm glad I now have pineapple power for any of my baking needs.

Not sweet
It’s ok. I like sweet stuff.

Best one for flavor
Fairly strong flavor. Not bad at all. Actually a tiny sweet also. I mix some in hot water and then add to my cold ice cube drink in thermos. Have to use a bit more than would like to use for the flavor but I'm satisfied

Dissolve or not to dissolve
This particular powder does not completely dissolve I’ve even tried it with a frother and there’s still always a small amount that doesn’t dissolve.

No taste and doesn’t mix.
This sucks that you can’t return the product. How do you know what it’s gonna be like until you try it I won’t buy anything from Amazon again that I can’t return. Walmart Costco all those places let you return. What’s up with Amazon?
