I bought these as I have others from a department store but they no longer stock the item. They are a bit longer than my others, so they are more suitable for bigger pots, but I have managed to make these work with my indoor plants that are smaller. As with my other watering bulbs, for a slower watering release, put them at an angle and let it do its thing for a few days or so, then repeat. So far, all my plants that have one of these has done well.

Since I placed these beautiful mushrooms to feed and water my plants, they started to bring new baby leafs and look much better in colour. Also though it would be great gift for someone who loves house plants.

The mushrooms look absolutely stunning and will definitely do the job intended. Will be buying more for other plants.

Used as directed. I bought 8 of them. Only 3 released their water into the plant. The others retained it all. Very expensive for that level of failure.

I went away for six days and needed a way to figure out how to keep some of my newly planted veg plants watered whilst I was away. Thought I would give these a go.They do feel pretty fragile, but they did the job perfectly. Some emptied out sooner than others, but I believe it is more down to how I put the sponge on the end of the opening as well as the the density of the soil in different planters. There are a few of these that are about halfway full after a week away, so I would say the claims of two to three weeks are probably spot on. Any emptiness is purely down to user error.Regardless, the plants where the bulbs were emptied appear to be in robust shape, after a week with no rain and sunny days.I would not hesitate to buy them again, and I think I will continue to use the ones in place as a good drip irrigation system. Also, although it says for indoor use, I did use them outside and there were no issues.
