Though packaged properly with a box inside of a box and each item individually wrapped in bubble wrap, the church arrived with the steeple broken off. The only thing that can be assumed is that it was already broken when it was packed into it's original box. Currently it seems that I have to send the entire set of houses back in order to get the one replaced. These were to be used as a centerpiece and now I won't have them in a timely fashion.

Much better quality and size than what I expected for the price. Solid material and lights are bright.

I had to return this item as many pieces were broken. It appeared to be cheaply made. But it’s possible the items got broken during the shipping and delivery.

I purchased this for the different houses and 3 came broken. I had already taken all other houses out and checked that worked when I discovered the 3 broken ones. I did not want to repack all the working pieces, so I decided to just keep them. Disappointed with the packaging of this product.
