Great little device,record's anything you plug into the hdmi.quality is perfect.Did have issue's to start with on both of my computers could not record,only way to get round this eas to re install windows 10.probably some other driver conflict.All now works great

Works on any platform
I use it to record my game play and its working perfectly with xbox one, ps4 and Nintendo Swich. The only downside is that you can’t download software from the internet only via cd so if you have a laptop whiteout the cd-rom then you have a problem. But this is a 5 star product despite this little quark. I love the simplicity for the price.
