I initially got on of those massive pregnancy pillows that fullly wrap around your body but it didn’t prevent me from rolling on my back during the night, so I decided to give this pillow a try. When I received it I thought it was a joke: how could such a small and flat pillow prevent me from rolling?Well I’m glad I didn’t return, it works much better than the big pillow: first it supports my belly which reduced my back pain, second it actually really works to prevent me from rolling thanks to the tiny pillow that comes with it which I put behind my back.I use it in combination with a yoga bolster to support my leg (the big pillow was supporting the legs but was too soft while a bolster is much more efficient). If you don’t have a bolster then a couple of regular pillows should work as well.Bonus point: your partner feels like they’re sleeping by your side again, vs sleeping by a giant wall when you use the big pillow.Of course I’m still pregnant so I can’t say my sleep is great, I still wake up quite a lot during the night but at least I don’t roll on my back anymore and I don’t wake up with back pain anymore

The media could not be loaded. This pillow provides a good amount of support and is pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t say it changed much about the way I sleep, but it’s helpful sometimes. I’m now in my third trimester and it feels like it might be becoming a little too firm for my large belly. But it did well in my second trimester.

I love this pregnancy pillow. I have a traditional huge pregnancy pillow and honestly hated it. They're too big and bulky, and just didn't feel comfortable to me. This pillow gives you that belly support without taking up hardly any room in bed. It's soft, velcro works well and has immensely improved my level of comfort while sleeping (I'm currently almost 7 months pregnant)Mama's if you're a natural side sleeper before being pregnant and want something that isn't bulky this is the pillow for you.

This pillow is perfect! It gives just the right support for both the belly and my back. It’s such a space saver too. I prefer this pillow sooo much more than the big maternity pillows that literally don’t help at all. I hardly toss and turn at night, even now at 32 wks pregnant.

We decided to get this pregnancy pillow instead of the big one because of its compact size. The pillow comes in two parts which allows you to change the width. It’s really comfortable and supports the back and the stomach area. It even prevents from rolling over on your back. It came in an airtight bag so we had to open it and let it set for a couple of hours to take its original shape. It has a fluff like material which can be easily accessed from the zippers. We still haven’t tried to clean it yet, but it looks like you can remove the fluff and wash the covers like any other pillow.

I think the pillow is pretty comfy and firm enough, but I was missing the small part for back support which I was most excited for. So I’ve been using a different pillow along with the pregnancy pillow to better support my back. Other than that, really soft and nicely adjustable for different sizes. (A little smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures and ads)

This pillow was exactly what I needed for both back and belly support. I typically sleep on my back so finding a comfortable position while pregnant has left me tossing and turning. This pillow really helps in sleeping through the night.

I used it a lot during pregnancy, it really helped me to sleep better and more comfortably. It is a most have during pregnancy.

This pillow is such a game changer! Before I got it I was waking up multiple times every night with terrible hip pain. Now I still wake up because I have to pee 20 times, but my hips don't hurt like before. It's also so much easier to switch sides because it's has the same support on both sides. Definitely recommend it!
