A Trail camera is a trail camera, some perform and last better than others. It all depends on how well they take the environment they are in, moisture, animals using it as a perch, bugs trying to stay warm and making a home. I have several different brands and models. Sooner or later things begin to play havoc with them all. This particular Trail Came, I am calling it by that name because there is no other name on it, no brand name, maybe Cheapo is a better name. One did not last long enough for the environment to do its damage. Just quit taking pictures after a few months, at first there were gaps of days without taking a picture, going off and on all by itself, but then just wouldn't power up at all. Did all the normal cleaning and checking of contact points for power but nothing, Dead.Kudos to Customer Service, Lisa reached out to help with my problem without me even contacting them and replaced both cameras. Time will tell on the longevity but customer service was very very helpful, I give them 5 stars but will wait on the Cameras' performance to update from one star so giving 4 stars for an update temporally.
