Best hot pack ever
What I really like about this hot pack compared to others I have used is the Velcro fastening which means it doesn’t move around when you move. Warm it up in the micro wave for no more than 2 minutes and keeps it’s heat really well.It’s one of the best hot packs I’ve used

This item does what it says as long as you are tiny, I am a size 10, uk, it wouldn't fit anyone any bigger than a 12 at a push

most disappointing...
I had to send this lovely warming pad back as it wouldn't fit me, and I'm not fat!

Great for a bad back!
It took 1min30sec to heat this in my microwave. Once hot, it stayed hot quite a long time, and was great for back ache.Very good.
