The Total Fit Keto ACV Gummies Advanced Weight Loss, Total Fit Keto ACV + BCB Gummies arrived in a 2 bottle package for me, they have other bottle combo offers. both bottled were double sealed to keep product fresh and you can tell when you open it up and smell the apple cider scent.After finishing the bottled, taking 2 in the morning and 2 before diner I can tell I have more energy, wake up refresh, can stay awake till my normal sleep time, does not keep you up or wired. Just returns you to normality of a few years back is how I describe it. Also if you time it when you eat, you just feel like eating less. A positive when you want to lose some weight, it is not a diet pill, just the extra energy suppresses the desire to eat more. I would recommend.

I take a daily supplement of Apple Cider Vinegar. Usually 1 tbsp in the morning and one in the evening. The only effective products I've taken after trying many are those that contain "the mother". Otherwise, you've just got more expensive urine. I honestly do NOT know if this product includes the mother, however I thought the flavor was great. It wasn't overly sweet to the taste, and I really appreciated that.Overall, I think it was a good source of vitamin B. But, I always try to be VERY careful about my supplements. Research shows that ~45% of Americans worry about the efficacy of their supplements. And, I'm squarely in that group. So, while I did notice some adverse effects during the time I took these, I was also sick and not sleeping well. I do NOT think that these were related (my taking this ACV product and being sick and sleep deprived). Otherwise, I feel like I could give a much more informed revlew.

I tried this religiously for 2 weeks and GAINED weight. It's a scam!!!

They said it has BHB salts, but that is not listed anywhere on the bottle or in the ingredients. Over half the bottle gone now, but that's all that's gone. Lost nothing.

These gummies have a delicious taste and texture! I have been taking two daily and feel great! They do not negatively impact my state of ketosis. The ingredients are excellent! I am close to finishing my first bottle and have not yet noticed any effects. However, we must consider that supplements take several weeks to work. I will order a second bottle and update my review after finishing it.
