Works well and as described, just needed to remove a previous glass cover from the camera from the regular daily case but other than that it's great, the button makes it super easy to use and plenty of mounts to rig it out

In the first weekend of I used the Small Rig cage on a tripod as well as handled using one or two handles. Well made, not too bulky, and balanced for smooth shooting. I also purchased the ND Filter and mounting adapter. Perfect for outdoor shooting. Love this set-up overall. The handle mounting system with built in hex wrench and remote shutter trigger are work well and are comfortable to use. The only downside is with the side handle mounted the iPhone's USB C port can be difficult to access for accessories like mics, SD cards, etc. Small Rig sells their own adapter which is too bulky to work with the side handle mounted. You will need to purchase a third party USB C adapter to unlock full functionality.

Small rig has made another excellent product. With handles on cage is very stable, and excellent for filming, remove cage handles and phone is protected in a rigid aluminum case for daily use. Maybe a bit large for people with smaller hands but still manageable. If you are a filmmaker or use your phone to just make snapshots of your kids i highly recommend

You are definitely getting a good quality rig. However when using it in landscape mode it is impossible to use the cold shoe mount on the side of the phone. Secondly, also in landscape mode it is very hard to access the usb-c port. I bought the little small rig adapter to help with that problem but it still didn’t work because the small rig adapter is too big and blocks the quick release handles. I had to use a regular size usb-c cord. Aside from all of that though, I really do love it. These issues are bearable if you buy things to bypass it.

This iphone 15 cage and handles set is quite the professional rig for your iphone 15. It is a great inverstment, I htin, if you video heavily and seriously on your iphone. Comes with a seriously heavy duty cage and two handles. one of which can be configured as a bluetooth button to start/stop ivdeo. Unlike the older Smallrig handles, this one is the newer quick release ones with only work with the iphone 15 case but I'm assuming will work with future models. It truly is a great upgrade from the ARRI connectors from before but unfortunately won't work with earlier models. The cage itself has that fantastic SmallRig finish, operates very smoothly and while a tight fit, seems very secure. I can't image buying another set-up from a company that would be better than this, so get the best and then spend time worrying about your art, not your equipment.

This cage is great and can remain in your pocket with the phone in it. I like most things about this, with the quick release handles and ease of putting the phone in. But I had to change the plate to a 17mm plate, this was not the best experience. One very difficult to get the screw out, it was like it was machine glued in. Then second when I got the additional purchase of the 17mm plate screwed in, it’s kind of not flush but pops up a bit, so it then cause’s vignettes from the lenses. I’ve compared with another company and there is no vignettes with their cage. So kind of a deal breaker with that in regards to using it with external lenses. I guess if you didn’t have to remove the original plate it might be fine, but I tested with other lenses, not moment ones.
