Metz 44 AF-2 Digital Flashgun For Nikon Cameras

Works very well, and seems solidly made - much better than another model by a lesser known manufacturer (on which the foot snapped off!).

Nice flash, links perfectly with my Pentax, good exposure and even lighting.

bought this flash for friends wedding pics. all photos taken using it came out brilliant. would definitely give it 5 stars

It works with Pentax K3 II perfectly.

At this moment in time the flash will not fire correctly on my Canon EOS 2000 D. I have set the camera up as directed in the camera manual, and the flash responds to the zoom function via the lens but it always fires I think late, and setting first or second curtain makes no difference! The previous 44AF I had on an Olympus E520 worked perfectly first time!

First of all, the flash is really weak. I have a Yongnuo with a guide number of 44 an its x2 more powerful, i don't know why that happens. Also this flash doesn't support TTL and HSS when you move the head... which is really annoying since you do not want to point it straight to your subject. So overall its a very expensive manual flash. Just buy a Yongnuo 560 IV ... its x5 times cheaper and more powerful!

Desde los históricos flashes de antorcha, siempre he optado por Metz como alternativa a flash de marca, con muy buenos resultados. Por este motivo repito experiencia adquiriendo el 44 AF-2.Las primeras pruebas con mi D-7000 son satisfactorias. Es facil de usar y sincroniza a la perfección. Potencia aceptable.Buena relación calidad-precio.

preso per sostituire il mio vecchio flash sempre metz ma 24 , Rispetto ai flash originali Nikon ha un prezzo molto più abbordabile, la testa del flash è orientabile verticalmente ma soprattutto orizzontalmente, permettendo grande libertà di manovra in fase di scatto e dirigendo la luce nel momento dello scatto sempre verso l'alto , richiede 4 stilo per funzionare, tempo ricarica tra una foto e l'altra fulmineo mai avuti problemi con scatti quasi a raffica. possibilità di non far funzionare il flash ma lasciare acceso solo una luce led molto forte magari anche durante la ripresa di video,In modalità TTL il flash come se fosse automatico dialoga con la macchina e tutte le impostazioni sono calcolate direttamente per consentire lo scatto che abbiamo preparato in macchina, mentre in modalità Manuale abbiamo la possibilità di scegliere quanta luce sparare (1/1, 1/2, 1/8, 1/64 della potenza totale).

Excellent flash, bien fabriqué, puissant et facile à utiliser. Les commandes à l'arrière sont claires, la notice bien conçue.Il intègre un diffuseur et un petit réflecteur extractible bien pratiques. En TTL on fait varier la puissance du flash si nécessaire via la correction du flash sur le boîtier qui sert donc au flash intégré et au flash externe Metz.Il est suffisamment puissant pour être utilisé en indirect ou avec un diffuseur comme le Gary Fong.Seul petit regret: que Metz ne propose pas un étui de transport comme chez Meike par exemple.

Responde completamente a lo que necesitaba.Lustros ha (cuando la fotografía era aún analógica) tuve un Flash Metz CT1 que me sirvió durante años.

Cumple las expectativas, un flash muy bueno por su precio, de sencillo uso y perfecto para principiantes o incluso para profesionales como segundo flash, por ejemplo, gracias a su funcion de esclavo.
