Upgrade Roller Wheel Kit Fit for Total Gym Parts Replacement, Fit for Gym Models 2000 3000 Some 3000 XL and a Few Very Early XL

Perfect fit, works smoothly; restores my 25 something-years Total Gym to original function. Hope they are as durable as my old roller wheels.

I WILL KEEP THESE BECAUSE THY FIT MY TOTAL GYM. THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE WHEEL IS 6MM NEED 8MM OR .3 INCHES. GOOD QUALITY WHEELS JUST DO NOT FIT. THE BEARING IS A Z809 WHICH HAS A .3 INCH INNER DIAMETER. ORDERED FROMM STAMINA AT HIGHER PRICE.

I had my total gym for years and the little wheels had fallen apart. I thought I had to replace my gym but I ordered these wheels and it worked like a new gym and it was easy to install it was a good price for my money

The quality of the rollers provided is good, but the hole through the cent is 6mm which is slightly smaller than the 1/4 bolt used in my early version total gym, so you either have to go out and find 6mm bolts to replace the originals or you can do like me where i checked the original bolts up in my metal lathe and took a few thousands off so they would fit through the new rollers. The washers included work as an acceptable replacement for the spacer that is part of the original rollers, but the outside diameter of the washers should be much smaller as the can rub on the side of the new rollers. I put in a small diameter 1/4 washer on each side of the new roller that only rests on the inner race of the new roller to allow it to spin freely when everything is bolted back together. Again, the rollers are of good quality, but you need to be a little handy if your total gym uses 1/4 bolts in the roller assembly.
