I needed a black cowboy hat to wear line dancing. This hat is perfect for what I need it for. It does get hot after a few dances, but not as hot as a felt cowboy hat. It seems to be sturdy. I like the brim shape. It’s not as pronounced as Jason Aldean’s signature brim style. I recommend it for anyone looking for a cowboy that’s not going to break the bank. Cowboy hats can get relatively expensive, but this one seems priced just right.

I got this hat for my husband and it’s fantastic! We looked at many summer cowboy hats at local stores and none compare to the quality and look of this! Definitely a win!

nice fit, gets a bit saggy in the heat, but can be fixed with a little flex.

I work in construction and am usually outside in the weather, so I prefer my hats a little tight. I would say most people who are 7 1/8 though should order the large.I have owned a brown version of this hat by Resistol for 5 years and it has held up great.I would not wear it in the rain. It will “camo”.
