Unger 962680C Dryer Vent Brush 30 in.

Recieved today and used immediately. I had used my hand previously to access the vent in the door seal rubber on my Bosch dryer, but having used the brush I had no idea how much lint was still in the hot air vent (see picture) note how blackened (burnt) some of the lint is. So happy my bosch temp sensor tripped which alerted me that the vent was overheating. After cleaning with this brush I'm convinced this is a bargain must purchase. I can now go out with my dryer on without worrying it could catch fire.

This is not what I was hoping for in a dryer vent brush.the bristles are not very strong and it does not remove the dryer lint from the interior of the dryer. I was able to remove more with my hand.I was not expecting it to make the dryer vent spotless but, maybe remove more than the loose material that did not blow out the dryer would be good.

Super easy to use, does a great job of cleaning out the vent. Love that it is flexible! Would definitely buy it again!

We have an LG dryer that has the filter, inside, in the front of the drum. This is definitely not designed for that kind of lint filter/trap. The length is way too long and is awkward to maneuver (the handle hits the front of the dryer when you are trying to use it). The brush is too large to get into the bottom of the lint trap where the lint is. Even if you do managed to get the tip of the brush to bottom, the lint will not adhere. Perhaps if this were the old type of lint trap, that is a rectangular hole that is located on the top of the dryer it might work, but if you have one of the modern dryers with the filter and lint trap, inside, in the front of the drum, THIS IS NOT THE BRUSH FOR YOU.

Not much to say about this simple product other than the fact it gets into hard to reach areas and gets the job done. The wand is a semi flexible wire that can reach around things but not so flexible to bend 90 degrees. It's a little stiffer than a wire hangar. The important thing is to clean around the coils of your refrigerator and inside your dryer. Keep your shop vac near to suck in the dust that is loosened by the brush. Keeping your coils clean will improve the performance of your appliances and save electricity. Just turn off your appliance before poking around and wear a dust mask.

I have had the brush for a few years now, just discovered I hadn't left a review when I came to get another one for my daughter.I can tell at times it pushes the lint farther into exhaust hose, but it works it way to the outflow cap out doors and I take the brush out there and work it loose and get it with the shop vac. The "bendable" capacity makes it very functional. I also use it to clean the coils on the back of the fridge and have in a moment of frustration used it to chase a dog out of the laundry room! It's a handy tool!!

This is GREAT to get the lint out of the dryer that the regular lint catcher doesn't catch! I had no idea how much lint was still in there...It's long enough that you don't have to get your hand in there and get it out! I LOVE this!!!!

Great for cleaning lint out of the bottom of the lint screen area of your dryer. Long enough for a long reach below and internally. Also has a rubber tip to prevent scratching your dryer when you're using it. Just run your hand over brush to get lint off of brush after each use.

Worked as expected. The one I received was not as pictured, it was acually better. I recieved a brush with more brissles and a bigger (plastic) handle. It looked like the photo of the 10-pack product, not the wood handled single product. This one was twice as expensive as similar products on Amazon but I went with this one because it was the least expensive that was acually in stock and Prime eligible.I gave it four stars becuase I have only used it once. If it holds up for several years I may come back and upgrade to five stars.

Works as well as can be expected. I have never had a tool like this before and didn't know what to really expect though. I did find out that it bends quite easily and does get down to a pretty deep level of the dryer. It has a good sized loop on the end so you can hang it up on a nail in the wall for storage. I am satisfied with this purchase,

I ordered this to clean the vent system on our gas dryer. What I like about it is that the metal is covered with plastic as not to scratch or damage any dryer component. The brush is rigid, but does bend slightly. This is not flexible enough to snake through some components. The bristles are coarse enough to free built up debris in the vents.

Yes, the brush does work, but it's not as flexible as I'd like, and is hard to make it reach all of the nooks and crannies.

way too thick (fat) and not flexible at all, it is way to stiff for my front load dryer. My opinion was that it was a waste of money. I hate giving bad reviews but the product was not what I was expecting. Sorry I was just pretty disappointed compared to the other reviews on this product.

Does not get the lint out of the lint holder/pocket. Have to use a duster.

I bought this hoping to clear out any debris in my dryer vent that I couldn't reach but it did not bend well so the end could not reach past where my hands could. It appears thin enough to do that but no such luck.
