When I saw the picture of these, I thought they looked quite good and would work well as accents for wreath making and flower arrangements. When they arrived, I thought they were no where near as nice as they looked in the picture. I put them to one side, not sure what I would use them for. When it came to putting up my christmas decorations, I had one smallish tree that didn't have a topper. I took a fake poinsettia flower - which I didn't think looked very nice, arranged three of these gold branches around it and low and behold I had a tree topper that actually looks really quite lovely.I hadn't realised that the stems on these are actually wire, so you can twist them onto things and they stay put. This is great if you want to weave them into wreaths. If you were trying to avoid your decoration looking too obviously fake you could cut them down and use the individual leaves, which would be much more subtle.They are artificial, made of plastic and you really wouldn't mistake them for the real thing. But if you are buying artificial leaves for this price, you wouldn't expect anything else. If you take them as what they are, they do the job intended. I'm happy with my tree topper and will be using the rest of the branches, sparingly, in other arrangements.

You get a generous 24 in a packet. Close up, they look what they are, plastic and pretty basic. I have used them high up above the window in an arrangement where they provide a solid splash of gold, which is just what I wanted. They look very effective and I am happy with them. They come with the stiff wires already bent into a hook but they can be easily straightened if wanted and mostly I just poked them into the greenery. I can recommend them as gold fillers.
