PITA to install
The media could not be loaded. It might be my own fault because reading through again it doesn't say that this fits a 2021 Iron 883, and I just assumed it would be fine because I have a 5.75" headlight. There's a small silver ring with tabs that essentially hold the light in, it lined up correctly on this light but we had to file down the squared tab on the headlight itself to get the ring to fit onto it.Once that was done, installation was easy. Plug it in, splice the halo to the low beam. My halo does turn off when I turn on the highbeam. I tested the wires first though and knew that would be the case before installing. No instructions came with the light so I had to come on here to figure out what each button on the keyfob does. I also had a migraine by the time I was finished installing so maybe that's why I was getting confused about the buttons and what they do. You can tell in the video I was mostly trying to figure out what the buttons do.The problem I ran into, which made this so annoying to install, was the trim on my headlight. That's not necessarily the headlights fault, I more or less blamed my motorcycle for being a little b. It's blacked out so I was thinking about buying a black headlight trim, because the stock one was a weird almost matte looking chrome but it was really smooth and shiny and seemed out of place. My friend suggested painting it. We sanded it a bit, rigged a hanging area in the yard, and over the course of the day did 2 layers of primer and 3 of a glossy black spray paint. Very humid day though. Looked gorgeous, checked that it was dry, put on some gloves and when we went to put it back on it scuffed the paint. We buffed it with a wire brush to remove the paint and installed it like that so I could just buy a new trim. It looks like brushed nickle now which.. Kinda looks nice with my deadwood green bike. I don't know if I'll change it out.If you have a '21 883, know this. The trim will feel impossible to get back on with this light. Everything about this light feels a little more snug, it's harder to install than the stock lights. It took a while to get the trim on there and fitted correctly to get the screw and bolt back on it. It will fit! You just have to argue with it for a while. The beam is a small focused circle with two very wide lines coming from the side. You'll see everything you need to see. The highbeam affects the circle and not the "wings" of the beam. I didn't expect the halo to be much more than a pretty little doo dad, but it does give off a strong glow and helps light up the area directly in front of you. This thing is bright! My buddy has an led headlight on her bike that is very bright, but not specifically focused in any area. It's wide all the way around, and when she turns her brights on it's insane. This headlight will not be like that. It's a very focused beam, with wings that give you good coverage from side to side.Overall I'm really happy with it! It was only $89 when I bought it and I see the price already went up. Not sure that I'd be willing to pay more than what I did for it.If I remember, I'll try to add pictures of the beams against the fence.

Don't buy if you use high beams a lot.
4 years ago i purchased the Dual Wave Headlight(2nd pic) because it was different and very cool looking. Unfortunately, the light pattern it throws into the road was horrible, if you ever think about getting, don't!! I don't drive at night very often so it didn't bother me. But I'm driving more now so i decided to replace it.I wanted to try an LED headlight and after browsing for awhile,i decided on this one because of the Halo.I have a 2001 Suzuki VZ800 Marauder.I also purchased this housing: SKTYANTS 5.75" inch Headlights housing Bucket Mounting Bracket for Harley Davidson Fork Ear Adjustable Motorcycle (Chrome) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N0Y4WGS/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_BcT7Cb5E58YQQMy install was a pain, because i have 55mm forks. The brackets don't close at all, almost a 2in gap, but i knew this was going to happen. I was not going to buy the only mounting brackets i could find to fit @$80.The instructions are ok, took a few tries to get all the clips in the headlight bezel to hold down. The rest of the mounting into the housing went fine. The wiring was easy. I don't have the original H4 plug anymore, so i just used spade connectors. I DID wire the Halo straight to the LOW BEAM. Everytime i wired to an acc, it blew my fuses. So there Halo turns off with high beam, no biggie for me.The remote works just fine. No instructions on what each button does so you'll just have to play with each and learn it. The Halo does remember the last setting when bike is off. So i don't carry the remote with me. It's set to blue.I included a pic of the light pattern(low beam). I'm on a very dark 200ft part of my street, no other light interferes. While driving, the light isn't as bright. On lit roads, it's barely visible, because it's white light, not yellow. This is normal in my experience with white lights. Still, it lights up the road when you need it and looks cool. I notice cars next to me and the ground in front of me have a blue glow, so the Halo is pretty bright. The bad part, the high beam doesn't really brighten the road at all. I barely noticed a difference, but i don't use them at all, unless to flash people. So if you have need for high beams a lot, don't get this light. All in all, I'm happy enough to keep the light. If it were more expensive,i might send it back.

Fit great and is fairly bright
Only thing I’ll complain about is after a rain or on a hot day it fogs up on the inside it’s not sealed the best and the purple isn’t a very dark or bright purple

Looks cool, unacceptable for night riding
This product looks cool, but is not great for its intended purpose of being a headlight. The Halo is pretty cool, and that's what attracted me in the first place. Unfortunately the headlight is unacceptable. Visually it's maybe half as bright as my factory Harley incandescent. The low beam is so wide and doesn't focus enough on the actual road. The High beam is a total joke, I don't know why they would even bother, it does not provide any extra benefit. Its literally like someone shining a flashlight through a keyhole at the same light level from the low beam. Maybe I have a lens defect? Either way, I thought 1800 Lumens would be bright enough. It's for sure not. And there's not a chance it gets anywhere close to 3600 Lumens with the high beam. If you plan to ride at night, I can not recommend this.
