Tired this as my normal was out off stock, same price or there abouts but volume way less didn’t get a month out of it

It improved my focus and alertness. My skin felt and looked better as well. Cost wise, even though small containers, it lasts ages, especially if you follow the Instructions for Use. The smell is not horrible but definitely different and taste you can get used to. My suggestion is to make it with hot water. Great product, and I will definitely get it again.

Shilajit is renowned for providing many health benefits its derived naturally from fossilised plants Millionaire years ago...This particular product of film gilgit in Pakistan an area full of high mountains and peaks so this should be of a very high quality but its always a gamble as to what your actually getting.I have tried a few brands and this looks feels and tastes like the others... I'm hoping it's of higher quality and purity...My advice is to try a tub and see what results your get....
