Hi, I just got this in the last week. I was hoping since it says it's a fruit that it would have a pleasant taste. Girl was I wrong! It smells nice dry in the bag but it doesn't really taste like it smells. The powder has a brown color to it and doesn't mix very easily in a cup with just plain water. I know it suggests to mix it in a smoothie or yogurt or baked into food, but I wanted to go purist the first time. I can understand now why somebody might rather buy this in capsules. Th initial flavor is very astringent, sour, and bitter. It doesn't taste sweet at all. But the texture combined with this is almost too much to take. I didn't have any juice or yogurt to mix with anyway. The texture is very grainy and with the astringency it's like it wants to stick to your tongue. I think this may possibly very high in tannins also. It's kind of like drinking black tea that was brewed way way too strong. That's the kind of feel it left in my mouth. I then mixed the only thing I could think of with this to try and help make it more palatable, and that was some apple cider vinegar. It helped some but I had to keep diluting with more and more water. It took my over 30 minutes to finish, and the last few swigs were even still very rough. I don't think I can take it with plain water again. I had this before a meal but it seemed to cause me digestive upset. The next day I discovered that it had acted as a laxative on my system which was not what I expected, I only took the recommended dose of 5 grams. I think the only way to get this down is going to have to mix it with something that masks for the texture and taste. I wouldn't order this version again. I'm going to try mixing this a couple other ways to see if I can tolerate it differently, but I'm thinking this might have to get returned. I think it would be better to ue an extract that has the fiber removed.

I've used a few packs, it definitely has a pronounced estrogenic effect. Tastes a bit like tamarind that kind of salty sweet tropical flavor. It's good in baked goods, smoothies, juice. It mixes somewhat easily. I can eat it plain but it's better moist since it's a powder. Can eat quite a lot. It's much better than the capsules and extracts it definitely appears and tastes purer and more like a whole food variety. Definitely helps add some weight and keep it on. I wouldn't rely solely on this, but it is a good addition and has a pleasant versitile taste in my opinion.

Despite what others wrote, I do like the taste. It's fruity and little sour. Helps regulate the hormones so my period is more on time. Haven't seen big changes weight wise but noticed my butt is a tiny bit fuller.Also definitely prefer this before pills since you can get bigger amount for lower price and decide how much you wanna take.

! I mix it in to my yogurt that is the way only way I can take it. The taste is gross.. i bought this product hoping that it would do as it clames and fill out the little curves that i have ....Update I just finished 3week and only result I've seen is 7 pound of weight gain and not where I won'ted it nor where this product clamed it would put it in the hips thighs nor my butt.breast area nope in my stomach is where it went. I've worked out this product it not sit around and no nothing .this product is /was misleading for me now I've got to get rid of the gut this s@@@ has gave me !!!!! 😠.
