The handle came off large suitcase first flight it was used. Vendor contacted, responded immediately and replacement luggage in transit to me. This is stellar customer service.

They were a perfect fit for our 10 day vacation with checking 2 bags & carrying on one. We were able to fit everything we needed & brought things home. I like the fact that they store inside one another to save space when not using.

We purchased this set of luggage for a trip. We used it once and it did not fair well in the general airport baggage system. The color of the bags is very nice. Unfortunately, these suitcases are not reliable. The smallest bag in the set is cracked and has a broken wheel. The 2 larger bags have substantial scratches and marks from the baggage system. All 3 suitcases were checked at the airport. We have owned several different suitcase brands and never have I had an issue with any bags reliability after 1 use. I would not recommend this brand of suitcase. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would recommend finding a different set. I don’t want anyone to deal with the hassle we did with a broken wheel after 1 use and cracks in your case.
