Sop glad I found these. They do a fine job of warding off the arthritis, keeping up general bone and muscle health, etc. The larger pack lasts for ages; I only take one a day, as recommended after a Kidney Stone Op. Yes, I would recommend these.

Realky big tablets.
Very big tablets. I have to chew them and still find them difficult to swallow. Hopefully they are working though.

It's hard to measure the long term effect this will have on my bones and body overall, but I've been taking it for about 10 days and I do feel less tired and in general as if I had more energy. Delivery was fast and hassle free.
