The device works perfectly. The holder for it comes with a magnet that you can stick on the back but it doesn’t stay stuck. It did after I hot glued it though.

Not a bad item, very capable, affordable and well made. The magnetic strip was not that good from the factory would constantly separate from the base until I applied a couple of drops of instant glue now it stays put.

Product is ok but the magnet sticker did not stick to the holder. The holder keeps on falling off.

Very cheaply made, it's all made of plastic and very flimsy. Also, the stand is advertised as magnetic but it's not. It comes with a little strip of magnet and even that does not work. I would not recommend this product, will return.

Great price for a small add on to my morning coffee

I like the product other than the sticky tape does not last very long. It kept falling of my espresso machine. Besides that it does its job by breaking up the espresso.

I purchased this particular WTD product because of its promised ability to mount to the side of my machine magnetically. Unfortunately the peel-and-stick magnetic strip that came with it did not stick to the holder for more than a few minutes once it was attached to the side of the machine. The magnet is ok (could be a bit stronger though) but the adhesive is worthless. I even went to the trouble of clamping the strip to the holder overnight but with no improvement in bonding strength. The WTD device itself is OK but this does not make up for the wholly unacceptable performance of the product.

Would really have liked this to be magnetic, as it says in the description, but it isn't. Unless I got a defective one?EDIT: Changed to 5 stars because of excellent customer service. They refunded my amount for the defective unit.
