BirkenstockGirl's Mayari Birko-Flor Flip Flops

I cant give this product 5 stars, I'm really gutted, I have owned literally hundreds of Birkenstocks but this is the only pair that has ever hurt me! The footbed fits fine and is comfy, but the straps seem to be at the wrong angle and hurt so much! I have owned the previous model to these with almost identical straps and they fit fine, but these really cut in! I'm hoping that they will stretch and fit better in time, but this has never been necessary before. Very disappointed!

I searched for vegan birkenstock sandals and this came up. Checked the product info, all synthetic, great! Checked reviews, again nothing to make me doubt that they weren't vegan friendly. Arrived... leather footbed!! Even customer services couldn't find any mention of this in product info, not happy as I'm going on holiday in 2 days without sandals.

Typical Birkenstock sandal. Nice looking design but fit not suitable for my feet as I have a high instep

These are just the best style sandals ever. I've owned many pairs of these Mayari and never once had sore feet.
