Rose Levy Beranbaum Signature Series Rose's Magic Non-Stick Rolling Pin, Blue

I had to immediately send back for a replacement, as it was missing BOTH rubber endcaps, although otherwise it seemed new and undamaged (same for the packaging & mailing box. It was a perfect size and weight, felt good in my hands rolling on a surface. I'll look forward to it's replacement and will review it after use. By the way, it came in a box that was about 6" square and twice as long (maybe more) than the roller.

This is a very nice rolling pin and is nice and long. It's the length of the wooden pins but is lighter, which is great for arthritic hands. End caps can be removed and you can store rolling gauge strips inside.

Even pizza dough doesn’t stick to this lightweight rolling pin. Cleaning in dishwasher was great.

I like the even thickness and the option to fill it with ice water. But it’s not completely nonstick with sticky dough.

All of my doughs stuck to this rolling pin as much as my older wooden one. I liked it though because the rolling pin was the same width all the way across. Along with the dough thickness rails I could get a consistent thickness to my cookies.

I love this rolling pen...light weight and very easy to use.

Got this as a gift with the cutting board and love that it's nice and long and is for real nonstick.

I'm not in love with this rolling pin, but it's okay. It is sorta, but not completely, non-stick. I find it too light, and the end caps tend to pop off. You could fill the hollow pin with ice.

I really wanted this rolling pin. My first one arrived without one of the rubber ends. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second one also arrived minus the rubber end. I was not willing to try a third time. Unfortunate.
