Q: How big are the capsules? I have a hard time swallowing anything bigger than an aspirin.

They are bigger than an aspirin. But these pills can be crushed into powder without hurting anything or ruining any of the integrity of the pills. So you could mix the powder into a half a glass of water and try it that way.

Q: I was pretty enthusiastic about this formula until I read the "other ingredients" containing: di-calcium phosphate and maltodextrin!! Why include it ?

I don't know, but the formula has worked for me.

Q: Am I reading it right to take 4 caps a day? 2 caps twice a day. 30 servings? Not adding up to me.
