Over priced and over complicated
A lot of money for a lot of poor quality material. Whilst it is fun, the fun doesn't last. The game is overly complicated meaning your enjoyment quickly fades away.Given the steep price, they could have given better playing pieces made from better materials. The pieces are all card/ paper and will not last long.Would have preferred some monopoly style pewter pieces or metal pieces. Even resin pieces would have been good but, card is just awful.Love the idea of the call outs although some are only relevant depending on production. Lyrics were fun but, that's where the fun stops.I would not personally recommend anyone to buy this game. Needs a major overhaul in my honest opinion. Very disappointin.

Not fun, too simple, and boring
Let me paint you a picture:Four friends, two couples, have entertained each other for months by joining together for a rousing display of sportsmanship, friendship, and laughs and share another night of doing what they love: playing board games. Many options are given to them. From the classic bouts within the Game of Life to the ever-evolving boards of Betrayal at the House on the Hill, from Uno to Azul, no game scares them or leaves them with little entertainment. We all are members of the theatrical world in some capacity. In fact, the two couples met in a stage production of the very show this game is based on. a shared love presents to them in the form of a new discovered board game: Rocky Horror Show Party Game. As we opened the box with excitement, we saw the beautiful artwork of the game pieces, the design of the board, the variety of cards. We were intrigued by the short instruction manual, but our desire to escape Dr. Frank N Furter’s kept us wanting more. We began, wanting to build Rocky. And then….it sucked. It sucked, it truly, unequivocally, inexorably sucked. The instructions were so simple, it raised more questions. You could either breeze through the game, or get stuck in a never ending loop (we literally broke the game at the end and prevented anyone from actually winning). There were barely enough LIPS to go around, and we were only four people. You can play up to 6, but I don’t see how you would have enough of those for everyone.I don’t know what kind of testing is done for new board games, but University Games obviously didn’t do enough before releasing this uninspiring, cringe inducing collection of paper. It doesn’t deserved to be called a proper board game. If you want a more exciting game than this, play checkers. Seriously. Do not buy this game.
