I bought a total of 4 sets of these lights and they look awesome. The lights are heavy and and well constructed. They are bright and the colors are rich, However after two days, one of the light fixtures stopped working. I contacted customer service, which evidently is not in the United States and all communications have to be done through email. At first, it seemed like they were trying to work to resolve the issue but they keep on requesting more information like screenshots of my review and screenshots of my orders.. It has been very frustrating. Trying to get one light fixture replaced. I would caution anybody buying something on Amazon through a third-party vendor that if something goes wrong, it is not as easy as returning it to Amazon. Even though it says it has a 30 day return policy. I am very very Disappointed with the whole process. I think my only option here is to go to my credit card company and dispute the charges.Follow-up: I ended up getting in touch with Amazon‘s customer service who connected me with a representative, not sure if it was Amazon or Lumary representative I didn’t ask, I have got my problem resolved. It was a little frustrating But in the end, the company did stand behind the product and resolved the issue. They also were able to get the lights out To us in time to be installed for the event that the lights had got installed for. I am very appriciative for it.

We recently purchased the Lumary Smart Outdoor Spotlights Pro landscape lights, and we are highly impressed. When opening the box, you know that they are solid and really good quality. Setting them up was easy because we have other Lumary products that we also love. I got them connected to my Wi-Fi right away, and the app that controls the lights is one of the best parts. It’s user-friendly and allows you to control everything right from your phone. You can control the brightness, and the colors from each individual light and even schedule them to turn on and off at certain times.They are powerful lights that cover a lot of area, great for our needs. I really like being able to put them on a subtle white when we are just handing out in the yard or turn up the fun with brilliant colors when we are having a party, or celebrating a holiday.To put it all together we're very impressed with these Lumary outdoor landscape lights. They've stepped up our outdoor space, and I've received so many compliments. If you're reading this review you are probably in the market for some new outside lights, personally I would definitely recommend these. They're worth the cost and the company offers excellent customer support, so if you have any questions or issues, they're quick to respond and help you out.

I bought three products from this company. (Lumary Smart Landscape Lights Pro 500LM 6 pack color changing landscape lighting IP65 waterproof, RGBAICW low voltage outdoor spot lights and Lumary Smart Pathway lights 500 LM, 6 pack color changing landscape IP 65 waterproof 56 ft. RGBAICW. ) These lights to put in my waterfall, landscape lights to illuminate the trees, and ones to illuminate the sidewalk. My electrician opened the box and laid out all the parts. At first all went well. Lights were installed into the water and they were bright. Looked good. Approx. 15 minutes into adjusting the lights, one stopped working all together, two of them the dimmers did not work and the third one of the colors would not display. They stated the lights would change multiple colors. He got the one light to turn back on but a few minutes later it went out to never turn on again. In frustration, we packed up the light and returned them all. Not worth spending $800 on lights to have them failing in the first :25 minutes of setting them up. Very disappointing.

I really like these lights plenty of colors to choose from. Easy to operate. I have to mention Jenny from Customer service was phenomenal in assisting me with a replacement Wi-Fi controller. Mine had stopped working and I reach out to customer service for a solution. They were quick to respond to my emails. Truly appreciate it.

I really like these lights. They are bright and seem to be made well. I purchased them because the description said they can be controlled independently. I was ready to send them back but kept watching YouTube videos on how to operate them. I have automated lights everywhere and rarely have any problems with setup. After about the 6th video, one person showed how to set the light colors independently, so I kept them. The instructions should just be thrown in the trash. I sent several emails to their customer service, none were answered. They have the option of using their built-in scenes which you can modify, but all of them have some form of animation, blinking, fading, rotating, etc. It would be nice if you could save your own setups for holidays or other light schemes that are solid fixed lights. Philips Hue allows you to do this. I did speak with a customer service rep on one call about changing the spacing between the lights. She told me can't add any extensions or change the distance between the lights. So if you need to cross a driveway or wider walkway you can't add an extension according to her. They also don't tell you that you can press the button on the box next to the plug to put the lights in setup mode. All in all, the lights seem to be made fairly well so far. I just cannot understand why their instructions are so poorly written. I am an intermediate to more proficient user of these types of equipment and had difficulty figuring out how to use all of the features. I suspect for a beginner it would be difficult.
