Most fun I have had on a bike since I was a kid.
I got this Actbest Core Electric Bike last night. Was hot and the poor fed ex kid had been out since 5:30 am . It was almost 8 when he finally made it to my house. The box was intact and the bike was packaged well. It was as easy as attaching the front fork, handlebars, and pedals. Front wheel and disk brakes were straight and no leaks. I had the whole thing setup and battery charging within an hour. I was able to read the manual while charging the battery for the first time. First ride just to make sure everything was setup correctly was in the dark and I have not stopped smiling since.I had a 8 hour CDL class the next morning so I rode the bike to class about a mile away. After class rode home, put on some shorts, grabbed a bite to eat and went off for a ride. By the time I was done I had 10 miles on it within the first 24 hours. I was worried it might be slow but it’s perfect. The price was great and the bike is worth 2x what I paid. I thought maybe not having fat tires was going to be an issue but again Its setup perfectly. This is by far the best purchase I made this year. The plan is to ride it all summer and before the first snowfall pick up the ACtbest pioneer. For winter commute. Work is only a couple miles away and the bigger battery and fat tires will work better in the cold and snow. I like how light this core is. Getting it in out of the house, through a dog gate, and some tight corners is easy. Need to find a permanent place to park it but for now its in the living room and I am charging the battery. There was lots of juice still left but decided to top it off for either late night ride tonight after I finish this review and/or exploring all day tomorrow. The bike seat is super comfortable and standing on the pedals while riding was comfortable, and the bike felt balanced and solid. We have railroad crossings, potholes and construction all over town and the suspension, handling and braking were better or equal to all my other bikes most of them cost a lot more and will be going up for sale in the next couple weeks. I found I need to watch cars much more since I am moving like I am peddling my butt off and cars misjudge my speed. At stoplights I have been letting them go first so I can keep an eye on them and have come to expect cars coming off side streets to pull out if front of me. The brakes work great, and I never felt like I was going to hit anything besides a pothole that snuck up on me. It took that pothole much better than expected. Front wheel and handlebars stayed put and never had to hop off to straighten things up. I still avoid them but the ride has become much less stressful on some of the busier roads when your choices are limited.Hills are a different story but I knew that going in. If you have a bunch of steep grades upgrade to something with more power like the Actbest Pioneer https://amzn.to/4d0dPaM or some of their other models if you only have a few hills like I do just make sure you are in the right gear and go for it.Giving this 5 stars is a no brainier. If you have been on the fence about getting an ebike order the Core Electric Bike https://amzn.to/4f30kbT you won’t be sorry. If you already have one and looking to upgrade to the Pioneer https://amzn.to/4d0dPaM and start making some new memories. Life is too short to spend a nice summer day inside.Steve Godlewski

Fantastic low-cost Ebike!
This is a great bike! Completed the assembly in under an hour. Initial battery charge requires 6-8 hours. Took it out for an 11 mile ride for testing. I have no idea what bikes in the 1000 to 3000 dollar range give you, but this bike has everything I need. Seven speed Shimano and completely intuitive and smooth operating controls. And amazingly powerful. My 11 mile route was very hilly. I found that I could keep the bike in 7th gear the entire time. Even the lowest level of pedal assist was fine for uphill climbs. At max pedal assist this thing just flies uphill. I tried out the throttle mechanism for one of the miles (pure motor operation with no pedal assist) and the cruise control. Throttle was flawless, but most impressive was pedal assist mode and how smoothly the motor cut in with pedaling effort and cut out as pedaling stopped. Almost can't tell the motor is there (aside from the low effort uphill pedaling) except that it makes a slight humming sound. And after 11 miles, there was no battery drain shown (which means that less than 10% of the battery was used). Steering was fine and front fork suspension which can be turned on and off is a nice touch. Seat is quite comfortable. Very padded...you don't need to wear biking shorts. I love this bike!

Stylish and Functional: Value for money
I recently purchased the Actbest bike, and I must say, it’s a sporty, sleek, and beautiful bicycle. It arrived neatly packed in a box, and I assembled it using the included manual without any issues. After waiting a couple of days to get a good lock and a pump to inflate the tires, I was finally able to take it for a spin. Here’s my honest opinion:Pros:Great Design: The color and build quality of this e-bike are fantastic. It’s an eye-catching ride.Lightweight Build: Despite its appearance, the bike is surprisingly lightweight, with the battery being the only heavy component.Motor Assistance: The motor assist works wonderfully on uphill climbs, making the ride effortless.Battery Life: I rode 4 miles today on a full charge, and the display still shows a full battery—impressive efficiency.Headlamp: The headlamp provides decent illumination for its size, which is perfect for evening rides.Cons:Front Brake Adjustment: I had to reinstall the front brake wire as it interfered with the front tire. The wire routing under the frame wasn’t ideal, so I adjusted it to come from the front.Battery Usage at Low Gears: The motor assist in lower gears drains the battery faster, so you’ll need to optimize your riding style for better efficiency.Seat Comfort: The seat is a bit hard, and a spring-loaded seat would have been more comfortable. However, at this price point (~$450), it’s understandable.Overall, the Actbest bike offers great value for its price. It’s a well-designed e-bike that performs admirably, with just a few minor tweaks needed for optimal comfort and performance. If you’re looking for an affordable and stylish e-bike, this is a solid choice!

300 lb tested and works great !
3hr review- The setup was not to bad 45 mins. I did not have a washer that was suppose to be with fork but I made one. Steering is a bit stiff but it’s new and will settle in. I weigh 298 and it get to 21 mph so far with me and I am happy as I was worried about weight slowing down. I have not ridden a bike in 25 years and was able to jump on and get the feel in 20 mins. I felt like a kid again ! To be 59lb it is easy to pick up.Package was solid when shipped and enough foam to make a boat it was protected so good. I will give an update in a few weeks. So far worth the money for first time e-bike owner.UPDATE: it is now 8/22/24 I go about 100 miles a week on trails after work and is still solid. This is one of the best starter/intro E-bikes that will last you awhile and all parts are replaceable once the warranty runs out. Just go to their website or amazon. I am already down to 280 and having a blast.
