Overall it is a good sent of tools but unfortunately mine when I opened had been bashed about as the tools were not in there slots and there was dents in the plastic in side

OK… this set isn’t going to be used to build a house… but it’s sure going to handle a lot of the simple repair jobs around the house! But then again, if you’re building a house, you’re probably not going to be looking for a simple tool set for yourself. You’re probably like me and getting this for a child that has just moved out and is needing to start building their own tool “library”. That’s exactly what I’m doing. My daughter has just moved into her own place and needs a set of the basic tools that anyone needs to have around the house.This set is actually fairly complete in what it offers! With this set you’re going to be able to accomplish a LOT of tasks that need to be done. I’m not even going to bother listing the tools, because that is pretty self-evident in looking at the pictures.What I WILL say is that while these tools aren’t the most robust tools to be made… they are more than adequate to do the small odd jobs around the house. The hammer is not heavy enough to where you’d be building a privacy fence and nailing your stringers onto your posts… but for hammering a nail into the wall to hang a picture... this would work great.The tools don’t feel flimsy at all… which for the price point, you might think they’d be cheap. They don’t feel that way… they actually feel like they’ll last for a good long time. And the wide variety of tools that this set contains will help you conquer a lot of basic jobs around the house.In the future we’ll be adding to the tool collection for my daughter… but for now, this is a really good start!OH… and the carrying case feels like it’ll last a good long time as well. I really like that each and every item has a storage place in the case and everything locks down in place. It’s comfortable to hold and carry around and it isn’t too heavy that you feel like your having to drag it around.

GREAT 1st Home Starter Tool Kit! All your basic tools and so much more.

This little kit is great. The case feels well-made and durable. All of the tools fit perfectly in their spots and do not move with the exception of the scissors. They do fall out. I put a little piece of velcro in the case to hold the scissors in place. When it comes to tools, everyone says I have way too many. I don't believe you can ever have too many tools. I have plenty of tools in my house and in my shed. I decided to order this kit so I could have a tool kit in my vehicle. I don't want to drag tools outside anytime I need to use them on my car. Another thing is I'm always going to my sisterss houses to fix stuff for them. It will be nice having tools already in my vehicle when one of them needs something. I do have a lot of tools, so I try to keep them color coded. When I get stuff for my car, I try to get yellow and black. This helps me find things a little easier. This kit is not the most durable tool set I own, but it's definitely not the worst. The case is good. It's not flimsy like some of my other cases. The tools are actually better quality than I expected at this price point. Some of the items are cheaper plastic. The precision screw drivers and the multi bit driver all have a nice rubber grip. The hammer is compact and has a nice rubber grip. The adjustable wrench has a little play in it, but I like that it has the size chart on it. Even with some of these little quirks, it's still a great set for the price. It comes with everything you need to do basic repairs and DIY projects. This is a great set for someone who doest have tools. Everyone should at least have a basic tool set like this in their home. It's a pretty compact and lightweight set. You can store it anywhere without it taling up much room. Most of this stuff comes in basic tool kits, but I was happy to see a few extras. I really like that it included the 1/4" extension, hanging hardware, extra razor blades, and voltage tester. The hanging hardware comes in a nice little durable storage case. If you don't have a tool set, I strongly suggest getting something like this. If you do have tools already, I still suggest getting this kit to keep in your trunk because you never know when an emergency will arise and something needs to be fixed. I know I mentioned a couple of things that could be improved with this set, but I take price into consideration. At the time of this review, it's priced at under $20. This set is easily worth more than that. Some people will buy this kit and get upset that it's not as great as the $300 name brand kit they saw at Lowe's or Home Depot. If I buy cheap, I anticipate it to be cheaper quality, but this tool kit surpassed my expectations. I'm thinking about ordering 1 for each of my sisters. I spend more than this when I grab them meal from McDonald's.

I store this compact toolbox under my kitchen sink making it easy to access when I need to make a minor repair.

This review is for GoYwato Home Tool Set 53PCs. Rather than running out to the garage every time we need a tool in the house, we use this kit for quick household projects and to take along in the car when going to estate sales, etc. The carry case keeps the contents organized and is easy to store under the kitchen sink or the back seat of the truck. No issues to report with funciton of tools. We are pleased with this affordable 53 pc tool kit.
