UPDATE: I reached out to Amazon and they were incredibly helpful . . . replacement has been received and granddaughter is now happy she has one like her sisters.We ordered 4 of these for the granddaughters and one of them is cracked. When I tried reaching out for a replacement, the only response I received is that this are not returnable.The product itself is exactly as described and the other girls liked theirs but the youngest one was very disappointed and now I will have to pay full price for a new one. Lesson learned.

The media could not be loaded.  Don't I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE. IT reminds me of a license plate only it is not as large and the material is flimsy. Amazon should remove this vendor from its site. It is a bunch of crap!!! On one side all of the lights don't work.

I bought this as a gift for my 8 year old daughter. Despite the terrible reviews I decided to give it a shot, because if it was successful..... she would be so happy. Today the package arrived and I opened it to verify the remote ( Xtra cost ) and to plug it in and make sure it worked. OMG is exactly what I wanted. The detail work was beautiful. You can tell they try and protect the mirror with bubble wrap. I knew it was small, ( product dimensions) so I ordered the size B for it to be a little bit wider. As I'm getting this for a small room and my daughter is small I didn't want anything big. So I wanted to post that despite some issues some people have had... to give this mirror a shot. It will definitely make my daughter smile at Christmas 🎄.

Don't get me wrong it's cool but I thought I ordered a larger one. My Daughter likes it and it looks good from the front, but it is made cheap and flimsy. thought it would be glass but maybe my bad for not reading all about it first. All in all it's kinda cool. And for the review that said it's dull and discolored, take the protective film off. lol

This mirror is beautiful! It came just as described and the perfect size for my God daughter! I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. It came all in one piece with a scratch protection film. I will order again!
