This product is good, entertaining and the person to whom I give it to loves it, I don't know if it is normal that you leave it charged and when using it it is discharged. I don't like that much but, I just hope that the battery life will make me change my mind because everything else is cool.Este producto es bueno, entretenido y le encanta a la persona a quien se la regale,,, no se si sea normal que lo dejes con carga y al usarlo este descargado. eso no me gusta mucho pero, solo espero que la vida de la batería me hagan cambiar de opinión por qué todo lo demás está padre.

Update-2: I received the replacement hoverboard yesterday. I was provided a shipping label for returning the faulty hoverboard. The new one does not vibrate as hard as the old one and everything seems to be in order ! Tomoloo stands by its products and the customer service was great, considering it was the holidays season. Changing my review to 5-stars.Update-1: Company got in touch with me and promised to REPLACE the hoverboard with a new one. Response was very quick. Let's see how this goes. Will update this review AND rating as this progresses.Original review: That was my daughter's gift for her birthday. It was only used for 3 days ! The charging port on the hoverboard simply fell out of the body of the hoverboard. She tried to unplug the charger from the hoverboard and the charging port separated from the hoverboard body and that was unexpected from a product child friendly !The hoverboard vibrates in a strange manner. They have a piece of paper with the product saying that this is normal. No it is not. And it is unsafe for children to be on unstable vibrating piece of equipment like this.I would have expected some minimal quality to differentiate the product from a $75 hoverboard from other vendors. Very disappointed.Just processed a return and will be looking to purchase a different brand.

This was my 7 year old son's first hoverboard and it was terrific. He learned right away and it plays music too and has awesome colorful lights.Also contacted customer service with questions how to learn to ride and other technical issues. They are quick to respond and very available to help.I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a hoverboard.

We bought this for our son’s birthday and he immediately was able to ride it with ease. He loves it! I was able to connect my phone to the booth tooth speaker and it stays connected every time he uses it. The blue color is so cute!

Our 11-year-old daughter received this as a birthday gift and has enjoyed using this both around the house on wood floor and carpet in addition to outside on concrete. I spent time researching different boards based on quality, durability, enjoyment, battery life, and safety. This board had met those requirements along with coming in at a good price point. We are super happy with this Hoverboard.We've had this board over a year and it has held up well. Once fully charged the board runs perfect. We've seen no issues with balance or calibrating. I probably wouldn't take this offroad as it's better designed for smooth surfaces/carpet, pavement, etc. Even going uphill on the street has not been an issue. In fact this board is faster than many in the neighborhood so makes it easier to go up/down hills when necessary.We have tested the Bluetooth function and although not used often it's a fun capability. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Tomoloo based on our experience and research prior to purchasing.

My 9-year-old daughter saved up for this for a long time. We did research in an attempt to find the best one. We are very happy with our hoverboard purchase. As a disclaimer, we have only had it a week, but the initial battery life has been great for us - better than expected. When we opened the hoverboard, we fully charged it prior to the first use. I think my daughter rode it for over 2 hours before the battery died on the first day. She rides it often and plays on it for extended periods of time. We have had no battery issues so far. It is sturdy, looks well made. Quite heavy to carry. So far we have not tried the music function, but the lights are pretty and helpful for riding at dusk as well. Very happy - I would purchase this one again based on our current experience with it.

This board was a gift for my athletically talented eight-year-old daughter. Within an hour, it was as if she was born on the thing! She was zipping around, spinning--practically doing ballet! But that was no real test, because she's good at everything.The test was her rather aged mother (me!). I got on it, fully expecting a broken neck. I told my husband to keep his phone in his hand to dial 911. But strangely, I not only didn't break my neck, but I soared like the wind through my living room, steady as a freight train. Well, I thought I was soaring--my kids said I was sauntering. But seriously, it does seem to go quite fast for an eight-year-old. And I did have a little challenge getting on the board, at first. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's no problem. You just need to keep your knees bend and bend slightly forward.In any case, we prevaricated for a bit over this purchase. There are so many options and we worried that the flashiness of this one meant that all the attention in production went to bling instead of substance. Not so. It is a brilliant ride, and the reputation of the company is well-deserved. If you want a hoverboard, Tomoloo is the way to go!

Loved it. Gettin a refund worked less than a Wk. But I’m going to try again. I’m going to turn around but a new one. Same one ( hopefully was just a Lennon ) with extended warranty. Red light started blinking. Would not work. Like 3 days after gettin. It. I really hope it works this time. WillUpdate. I have researched. This is suppose to be the best of the best. I amGoing so fir my 8 year old g-daughter. She LOVES IT. first they delivered to the wrong house.
