Tasty, not too sweet.
I thought I had ordered just the lemon flavor, which I like, a lot. Mistakenly ordered lemon+ginger flavor. Man, this zesty flavor slaps. Love it. I have had issues with my salivary glands, requiring surgery. My ENT specialist suggested measures to stimulate saliva flow. This candy hits it. Its not too sweet. Ordinarily, I really don't like hard candy very much but this product makes me happy.

The lemon mint is my favorite
The ginger flavor is kind of hot, but both flavors work well for the intended purpose. We preferred the lemon mint.
