I purchased these to lose about 10 lbs. but they did nothing. I lost 60 lbs. on my own but just wanted to lose the last 10. Couldn't do it and with these and others, they just don't work as is stated on tv. My advice is to stop sugars, watch carbs, and eat only half of everything one puts on their plate. No breads, no sugar soft drinks.

It's more like a gummy vitamin with a bit of a vinegar taste. I pushed past the taste just to see if it did work as weight loss and it did not work for me. The ads saying this is what Kelly Clarkson and other television personalities were using to lose weight is a false advertisement. I would not recommend this for weight loss.

To begin with, the gummies have an enjoyable taste. They are easy to chew. I think my energy level is better than before I started. I don’t feel as fatigued now. But, I have not lost any weight. I eat low carb foods and low calorie and I do exercise. But, the gummy’s are not helping with weight loss. But, I think I’m going to continue eating them because I think they are nutritious for me.
