Great cleaner . Have a 24ft above ground pool does an excellent job on bottom.

For the first night it worked…alright I guess… it would get stuck constantly and shut off and as soon as I hooked it out all the debris would just fly back into my pool. It never even had a chance to map my pool without shorting out. By day two this thing would power on by itself. Won’t take a charge. It would shut off immediately when it hit water but if you took it out into the air it worked fine as if it was in the water when it wasn’t. Then it would blink constantly turning on and off in its own. Then died. Once I tried putting it on the charger, it would turn on and start thinking my patio floor was the pool floor. I bought this at the time cause it had 4.8 stars. None of the troubleshooting worked either. Will never buy another pool robot vacuum again. Worst experience ever and now I’m sitting waiting for days for a $200 refund. My pool is 20ft round 5ft tall. I’m a 5ft flat woman and it’s hard to clean my pool by myself. Thought this would help but now it’s actually making it harder to clean.

I have contacted the company twice indicating that this pool cleaner stopped working and will not charge, but no has returned my request for help. I love this machine this summer, cleans awesome, but a little disturbing when something goes wrong and you get no help.

Let's start with the one and only negative thing. It does sometimes detect a problem, moves to the side like it should, the red "inspect" light flashes, and we have to pull it out of the water, reset it and put it back in.Otherwise, this vacuum is phenomenal. It sucks up the finest sand and the full size leaves. It moves really fast. It climbs up about two feet along the sides of our above ground pool (the bottom to the side contour is rounded/sloped). It gets in the corners really well. The filter screen is a really fine mesh so it even traps sand. Really easy to clean. Lets you know the charging status with obvious flashing red light on the cleaner and turns green and beeps when done. The battery typically lasts a little over two hours of run time.

Worked great twice then wouldn't come back on. Return was fast and issue free.

I just had a unique problem with my robot vacuum. I forgot to put a leash on it when I sent it down to clean my green pool. In seconds, the vacuum vanished into the green abyss and I couldn't find it again until 2 days later. It was full, and it did it's job, but I'm putting a leash on it before it goes back in. Then I'm naming him, "Guppy".

I dont usally leave reviews…. However i was prepared to be disappointed! Its beeb about two weeks so i hope i dont speak to soon! But wow this has helped me tremendously all the trash its removed on the first day was the kiddie pool one!! I didnt want to pay 800-1200 for a vaccum and gave this a try and glad i did!Battery life could be better! But it cleans most before it runs out

Seemed okay at first, and runtime is about 90 minutes, which is good. However, it never picks up all the debris, especially smaller leaves. Also, when you pull the unit out of the water, it always spills debris back into the pool through the small suction slots. The worst part is the charger and charging port. It plugs into the bottom easy enough, but is very difficult to pull the plug out so it hurts your fingers a bit to take the plug out. In less than a month of use, the one of the metal connectors in the bottom of the unit corroded. Then the plug short-circuited and bubbled on one side causing an electric shock when plugged in and no longer charges the unit. Amazon was good in offering a $40 credit to purchase a new plug (that costs $40.99). But overall, this thing really seems to be a real hunk of junk. Purchase at your own peril.
