Good for silky materials, a bit too small though
I use these hangers for my dress shirts, and I love the solid feel of them. These are not flimsy hangers! My only complaint is that the hangers are much smaller than my older felt covered hangers, and they are too small for some of my clothes to hang properly on.

A "better mouse trap"
OK. So hangers are supposed to do two things. # 1: keep your clothes off your closet floor; and # 2: not damage your clothes while they are doing # 1.These hangers fulfill their assigned mission well with some added bonuses. The hook part of the hanger swivels 360 degrees. May not sound like much, but it is a big plus. They are also covered with a non-slip velveteen type material. This prevents that unwanted stretching at stress points on the shoulders making those little nipples that may or may not go away. And finally, they are much thinner than conventional, plastic, tubular hangers. Like 75% thinner. This results in way more of that valuable closet rod being available to keep more of your latest fashions where it is supposed to be when you are not wearing it.

Fantastic Hangers with the Perfect Amount of Personality
These are absolutely great! The velvet covering makes it easy to hang anything and keeps clothes from slipping off. Under the velvet, they're much more substantial than I expected and easily support slacks, jeans, and my light to medium weight coats without bowing or bending. The metal hook at the top is strong and fits standard rods.The aesthetics are just as impressive. The velvet coating, rich red and adorable heart detail create a striking, luxe look that brightens my closet up. These are great as hangers and as decorative accents. Definitely recommended.

Great for your kids clothes
We love these Velvet Hangers! We use them for my daughters clothes and she loves them too.They are smaller than a regular hanger which is great for her clothes. The velvet texture ensures that clothes don't fall of the hangers. Little heart in the middle is just an adorable detail! Great product. Great quality!
