Check the size to make sure it fits 1)To some cars, the slightly trick part is the increase in girth which makes it harder to attach the metal clip which holds them in place firmly.Collar around the lamp means the round plastic retainer, the flange that goes into the housing, it may be thicker than original bulbs, but really depend on the car in which you are fitting this to, and the type of fitting your headlight has. 2)Because of the cooling fan, these are deeper at the back than ordinary bulbs, may protrude a bit longer. So make sure enough clearance. If you don't have enough place, you have to slightly modify the back of the cover plate to get them fitted, but fitted they work well; Or don't buy it. If the LED headlight’s decoding scheme can not meet your car’s decoding demand, there might be error message or flashing light shown on the indicator. they are a tad "large" with the big fan on the back but they are wonderfully bright and have a good "pattern"
Yes, they are a tad "large" with the big fan on the back but they are wonderfully bright and have a good "pattern". I have fitted multiple sets now to my car and motorcycles and the improvement in light output is quite dramatic!)
