Worked great
Turned my old 041 Stihl farm boss into a great running saw. It was a pain to crank and would not run consistently but after the new carb, it cranked after choking and pulling 4 times. Had to lean out the carb a little but no problem. Fuel input nozzle was turned upward (mine was sticking straight out) but the new hose went on fine.

Wrong size air filter and fuel filter
O41av carb seemed ok but it doesn’t work. The kit isn’t complete enough to do a proper replacement, for example no gaskets or hose that goes inside the gas tank. However my gripe is not about what the picture showed or didn’t show. My complaint is the air filter was too big and the fuel filters were too small.

Not the proper air filter.
The air filter LOOKS like the correct item but it is too large in both dimensions. It will not work on an 041 Farm Boss.

Runs Great
Perfect fix for my 30+ year old Stihl Farm Boss chain saw. A few adjustments to the carb and the air filter and it starts and runs great.

Works great
Bought a 041 av farm boss for 50$ and made it new again for 20$. What a deal.

Works. Saw runs fine for bargain price.
Still o50 farm boss antique saw. Filter didn't fit was off a bit.

Don’t do it
Wrong size. Nothing fits. Does not come as advertised.....
