This is the best ever bird seed post. I love how you can move it to different positions (it pivots on a hinge) and best of all- the angle is genius. The squirrels cannot hang down from anywhere on the bar to get at the bird seed.

I bought two of these poles. They are just wonderful. They are very strong and the swing function is just great. I have them on my railing system and it keeps the deck clean and the bottom feeders love it too. Would highly recommend this product.

Went a little overboard trimming the locust tree in my backyard, and it turned out uneven on the side. Until... I discovered this amazing attachment pole which is going to act as a tree limb. So cool!It is VERY well made out of thick steel, just like a shepherd hook. And 36" is a lot longer than I imagined! Good, strong material, and multiple angles of adjustment. Super.So happy to have found this! Will post a pic soon.

Just what I've been looking for - BUT - only giving it 4 stars because of the cheap screws included. You'll need a package of #8 Robertson (square) screws, 1 1/2" long to avoid installation aggravation. Otherwise, surprisingly good & heavy-duty. I mounted mine (2) onto a 2x6 screwed horizontally onto 4x4 posts on the outside of my deck railing. I'm able to see all the action from my kitchen window.

Included screws may not hold pole securely in softer wood.So, I used aftermarket, larger, longer screws to attach it to the mounting post.So far, so good.Will need to attach rodent barrier to pole, but that's true of any bird feeder pole/post.

This has helped keep the squirrels out of the feeder somewhat, but only after I put pieces of larger tube that rotate on top of the pole. The squirrels just ran up the pole as had a wonderful time in the feeder. Not great value for the money.

We got two of these and mounted them to a 4x4 post to elevate bird feeders so deer couldn't reach them. We have large bird feeders that weigh upwards of 10lbs when full and these hooks have been doing great for well over a year. The coating on them also seems to be quite durable as there is virtually no visible rust on them at this point

It works - but the base where you put in screws is quite large - so you need a fairly large area to screw it into. Also, I used my own screws because they ones included stripped easily.

Solid, sturdy pole. The mounting plate at the base is also sturdy. This feels like it will last a while. The ability to adjust which way the pole points is great for getting your bird feeder in just the right place for viewing and it is really helpful for retrieving the feeder for refills. I would recommend this pole.

Nice coating i don't think there will be rust anytime soon. Perfect length to keep food and poo off of my deck. Squirrels can still shimmy along this but with a squirrel proof spring closing feeder it doesn't matter and the give up eventually.

This is a very heavy duty hanger that does what it is intended to do. The only concern is the bolt used to set the hanger in position needs to be very tight to keep it from moving in the wind. This requires some strong fingers to set properly. Otherwise a great product.

This metal arm is easy to install to a fence post.The spoiled birds love it and the squirrels hate it, and we haven't seen a squirrel able to climb it yet.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars for one reason. When I received the item, the item had clearly been returned previously. The plastic had been opened, the product tag was ripped and the assembly screws were missing from the package.Also, the headline says "Belle Fleur" but the label package that came with the product says "Stokes Select".

Very heavy duty. Adjustable positioning mechanism is well made. Did not include screws.... no big deal.I bought a couple of pulleys, some light rope, and a tie-cleat, and engineered this into an awesome solution for a second story window. See attached pics. The full feeder can be raised with virtual no wobble in this well made bracket.
