I have problems with my posture due to improper habits of stooping the neck while studying /walking and due to belly weight.For a long time, I have been looking for a supportive solution to me to train my body back to the correct posture (or atleast the closest possible correct posture and with consistency !). I have been doing focused, back and neck mild exercises and while they have been helping, need was felt for a supportive therapy, as well.I came across Aikyam posture corrector belt and must say that it has now become my go to solution on a daily basis. I feel more reassured after using the product and supports my exercise regimen, as well.The belt has been designed nicely. The belts and velcro are long enough and ample enough for easy usage, comfort and longer term use in the day. All parts are stitched/sealed together properly - not a stich out of place ! All the materials seem to be of high quality - no cutting corners for the price point put out. The material is breathable so longer term use is a breath of fresh air (literally). Although I wear it over a layer of clothes, sweating did not heckle me, thankfully.The material is strong and the belt stands up to it's promise - a back support - and support it does - well enough. The bely is easy to store and I did notice that while it folds up neatly, it does not crumple back - a testament that love and car has gone into designing and building this product.Now coming to the key function for which this product is in place - Support.It does this job very nicely, it supported my spine, my back, my neck structure and smartly compelled by body to reduce hunching, stooping, sitting sideaways and all the bad ergonomic practices that my body has got used to due to bad habits ! Needless to say, this coaxing of the body for better posture attainment and retention is "smart" and "gentle" and not harsh and forceful - which have been counterproductive, otherwise.I did not have pain in spine, back, neck etc. before adoption of the belt, but am feeling confident that it is slowly setting my body and my mind to use good posture practices.It is designed to be worn like a backpack, so given this and all the above aspects I now treat it as my buddy.I am happy that I came across this product as supportive therapy. I will watch the performance and utility as time goes past.

The strips are sufficiently tight and firm to maintain the adjustment around the belly. Overall, effective back pain relief.
