Last Vegas

You know how you hear about a movie, maybe see a preview and want to see it, but you don't right away and it slips your mind and you soon forget about it? This was what 'Last Vegas' was for me. When I ran across it here on Prime, I thought, 'Oh yeah, I remember this movie." So I watched it, and it's SO good it instantly jumped into the list of my favorite movies. Well written, well directed and VERY well acted, it's a brilliant mix of comedy, romance, adventure, and a little bit of bittersweet drama thrown in.It would have been hard to go wrong with this cast of actors, including the supporting ones, and the cameo by 50 Cent was a hilarious surprise. There is of course no such thing as a movie everybody likes, but I think it's safe to say the ratings on this one are definitely spot-on. You really should watch it if you haven't already.

So, I saw the previews for this movie a while back and thought it looked like a potentially funny movie. I had it on my list to get and then I completely forgot about for a while. Then, I ran across an article talking about Robert De Niro and came across this again. I watched the previews and remembered that I was going to watch it and took a chance on buying it. OMG this was SOOOOOO much funnier than I thought it was going to be! Of course, it's a toss up on whether my grandparents will find it as funny... but having to deal with elderly people all the time I found that some of the quirks that they have were VERY well portrayed in this movie.I think I laughed more in this movie than most of the funny movies that I have seen in the past 5 years. That could mean that I haven't really seen a lot of funny movies lately but I really think that it means the quality of this movie is VERY good. The best part is... I can let my grandparents watch it and not feel too embarrassed by some of the "crude" remarks. Don't get me wrong... there are some borderline inappropriate comments and words that I wouldn't want my children to repeat, but they weren't so bad that I felt like hiding the movie and keeping it away from other family members.Now, I'm a big fan of all four of these actors so I might have been a little more forgiving on some of the annoying parts (like one or more whining parts) but overall I really liked the movie. It will probably be one that I watch at least a few times but no matter what, I am VERY glad that I purchased it finally!

Michael Douglas, and Morgan Freeman (in fact all these men) were awesome in this coming of age movie. We are always coming of age or a new level of understanding ourselves. And there was a revelation that Michael Douglas came to near the end of this movie that touched me. (I can't remember exactly what he said but to me it was profound and heart touching and freeing. I got it!

My five star rating of this film isn't an indication that this film breaks any new ground. Though the five principal actors have Oscars they're not deluding themselves that they are making "Citizen Kane". What they do know is how to have fun and let the audience in on their antics. Movies like this serve a purpose. They are low think inoffensive entertainment designed to make you smile which is not to be confused with stupid(i.e. Adam Sandler). The plot was serviceable but not wholly original. If the actors got an extended vacation to Vegas and got paid for it more power to them. This was me and my wife's Saturday night date movie and it filled the bill.

Great movie. It's funny throughout with a bit of drama thrown in for good measure. It's very entertaining and worth watching. Also, you can't go wrong with greats like Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas, Robert Deniro, and Kevin Kline.

So happy I bought this dvd movie from an awesome seller who made sure it arrived on time and in excellent condition. I enjoyed watching because it played so very well. Thanks seller again for sending me a great product that I have watched many times.

Wow great movie and what a awesome cast ! Lived rhe movie and shipping and delivering was quick. Product was just as described packaging was good as well ty.

I wasn't sure I would like this movie but I do admire all of the actors in it so I bought it anyway. The story line is so typical of an aging group of men, away from home, on their own, and free to do whatever, whenever, and however they wanted and that did not end up being nearly as exciting and fun as they thought. It turned out to be a lesson in learning what life is really about. Steenbergen is charming in this movie and the part she played would not have been nearly as interesting if someone else had gotten the role.

Last Vegas dvd,this movie is absolutely brilliant, I could keep on watching it, great quality and good value for money and I would recommend buying it,also would recommend this seller.

Unfortunately, I like each of these actors in their own right and they've made some very good films BUT this movie just seemed to be struggling from the start and the laughs for me were few and far between and that made a lot of the acting seem very amateurish, something I didn't expect to see and reminded me of a film 'The Internship' starring Vince Vaughan and Owen Wilson because THEY had made several films together previously but they didn't seem to 'click' in that one.

So good, funny, great actors all together in one film, well worth watching again & again, great price too & delivery quick

I do not go in much for US Comedies which do not transpose well accross the Atlantic. I guess we have different ideas of what is funny. However this is one which really hits the mark. An excellent cast with a well written funny script.

An interesting star vehicle for some real heavyweight actors. Not a classic by any means a geriatric take on the Hangover Films and many other " What goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas Films" The actors are as you would expect likeable and very good in very easy roles to play,but they all show their years of experience in making a very simple premise work.Worth a look at the price I paid!
