High quality products
The product quality is very good. The product includes one LED bulb & one normal bulb, which I liked the most. Easy to install. Very satisfied overall.

Piece of Art !!
The media could not be loaded. Firstly kudos to the seller for packing and delivering the product safely, it was packed well with all the required parts. The seller was also generous to send me 2 E27 bulbs inside the package. However, I've used the pendant light with smart Philips wiz bulb.Speaking of the design and quality, It looks so elegant in my room and the wooden material used is of top quality. Literally speaking, pictures won't justify how beautiful the light is when turned ON. It is a centre of attraction for my room now.Speaking of Cons, Initially prior to delivery, I was skeptical about the price, but the quality of product justifies it. Looking forward to order more such light from EIGEN.

Just go for it
The lights look really elegant. It is the focal point of my hall now and i have received a lot of compliments. Plus this comes with 2 bulbs, one of which comes with 3 colour light options which is cherry on the cake

Looks fantastic!
This is the best lighting I've got for my new home. Looks fantastic and is very attractive. The light is an attention grabber. Especially the colored bulb just increases the looks to a whole new level. A bit of patience needed in assembling the entire set up.Improvement Areas:A youtube video with instructions for assembly would help a lot. Also the parts are very fragile, and can break easily while assembling. Along with the original package, few spare parts could have been provided.PS - I broke a part while assembling. Raised it with the customer support and they immediately couriered a spare part. Thanks for the responsive support.

Best Product
The media could not be loaded. Very good product. Value for money. Comes with 02 bulbs. 01 of the bulb has 02 color options.Overall very good quality. No tension of glass breakage & led damage. Easy replacement of bulb in future.

Disappointed with the Quality
I was really excited to receive this timber pendant, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The material is incredibly fragile—so much so that it broke while assembling. I was extra careful while handling it, but even the slightest bump caused damage. For the price, I expected something much sturdier and durable. It’s a shame because the design is lovely, but the quality is simply not there. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a lasting piece.

Absolutely Elegant
Got two of these beautiful lights for my Living room, and can say they are absolutely gorgeous. They also come with 3 light modes (I usually stick with the warm white). Very easy to install and light weight too. Overall great
