Easy to fit, hard to wear initially
Bought these for my daughter. They were easy to fit to her shoes. But she found the hard plastic component in the arches hard to get used to and slightly uncomfortable in general.We also bought a different pair which is more foamy which she initially preferred them. But now she's had both a few months she says these provide far more support and she prefers them partly because they don't squash down and partly because they have a full length sole.They do help her posture when she's wearing them, even if they did take a month or so to get used to the plastic part.

Iām not sure if this insoles suits to others but for my feet - it causes pain as the arch is too high and too sturdy in the middle

Well made and effective
Almost instant relief and support when worn. Bought for my wife and they have helped a lot enabling her to walk almost pain free whilst her foot heals.

They were uncomfortable for the first few days as i wore them in my work boots but now they are so comfortable i will some for my other shoes and the price was right
