Recently we purchased camellia which needed some shade until established. Bought 1doz umbrellas in three colors. Painted PVC pipe brown and cut into five heights. Made a festive umbrella forest to provide shade and have a designer look to our landscape. Passers-by stopped to photograph our unique problem solver. We love them. If it looks like rain, we simply fold them up and pull them out of the pipes. If the sun fades them, replacement is so inexpensive compared to awnings or other permanent structures.

These were perfect to use at my daughters wedding. We were only under the sun during a 20 minute ceremony and were decorative and did the job we needed. We had no idea that our family guests (older ladies) would want to keep them as a keepsake of the wedding. There were truly a priceless item and will definitely consider purchasing in the future

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much with these parasols; the low price led me to believe that they would be poor quality. I figured I might get one nice display out of them, but then looking at them the wrong way could cause them to tear or spontaneously combust. I was pleasantly surprised to see how sturdy these parasols are. Thus far, I have opened and closed them a number of times, brought them in and out of storage, and experimented with hanging them in a number of different formations. They've already lasted longer than I anticipated. Highly recommended product.

We bought these for a party and I was impressed by the quality! Obviously, it’s paper so just for decoration or shade, but it is a very pretty color gold and is well made.

I loved these umbrellas!!!! I purchased 2 sets! I added lights to them to give them an extra glam look for this party occasion. They are stunning!!!

Takes a really long time for these to deteriate. The aqua blue color is amazing.

These were excellent for a hot summer pool party, where shade was scarce. They most certainly provided relief, and were even durable enough to withstand decent rainfall later when guests had to slog to cars parked at a distance. They were much sturdier than I imagined, and the bright colors added a fun dimension. I definitely recommend these!

Very fragile...had to modify it a few time due to a prong breaking and then stabbing through the paper but after removing the prong and patching the rip, it functioned fine!
