Modern Crystal Chandelier, Art Deco Bedroom & Dining Room Silver Chandelier, 15-Light LED, 20" Dia, 21.65" H x W x L, Warm White Bulbs, Chrome Finish

This is a horrible and dangerous chandelier. As soon as my electrician installed it and turned it on it short circuited, and turned off the breaker switch. we removed it, checked all connections, and tried it again, and the same thing happened. We then replaced it with the old light fixture, and the old fixture worked great. We then looked at all the internal connections and made sure the wires were all properly connected without loose or exposed ends and tried installing it again. This time half the lights came on, and when I was pointing to one of the diods that were not working and happened to touch the outside, I got electrocuted and fell to the floor! My thumb had the nail split in half! This is a very bad product and should never be sold.

UPDATE*********** 7/15/18I was promptly contact by the manufacturer who sent me a replacement light. I have just had it installed and it is working perfectly!! This fixture is beautiful. It’s sparkles like a million diamonds. Such a statement piece. The company was genuinely concerned and took swift action for me. I am VERY happy!!I am hoping I can can get contact from the manufacturer as I can not reach them. The light is beautiful, however when I had it installed, 7 of 15 lights were dead. I ordered new ones, exact same match as the ones provided (G4 Led lamp). I plugged them in and they shorted out and sparked. Not sure if those plugs will work any further. I think I need a new light. Amazon gave me a partial credit for cost of buying new bulbs. But I have a half light fixture and I am not happy.

The light itself looks great but several of the crystals came broken or chipped due to the poor packaging. There’s no contact information listed to try and obtain new ones. In addition, the crystals are much smaller than they how the appear in the pictures. Overall the light is not bad but disappointed in the size and damaged crystals.

This fixture is absolutely beautiful. My husband installed it with very little help from me, and I assembled it. Both installation and assembly were EASY. The chandelier is gorgeous during the day and absolutely stunning at night. I love it and we get many compliments.It has been the perfect light fixture for the keeping room in our new home.

Product was damaged upon opening however we had to install as the electrician was here and we needed a light source. Had to use JB Weld to get the crystal arm that was broken back on. Very disappointed in quality. Crystals aren’t tight and hang loosely. Still beautiful however unhappy it arrived broken!

I had an issue with the stem and collar not fitting together properly. So, I contacted the company and they shipped out the exact replacement parts that I needed immediately. I finally got the electrician back and the light is now installed. It is amazing how good the customer service is. With a language barrier they did better than another US company that I was dealing with. The LED bulbs are easy to install and change if needed. The light output is just what I needed.

This fixture looks good, but unfortunately the assembly instructions are virtually non-existent. It’s difficult to distinguish between the images in the included pamphlet, they are written in poor English, so you have to guess what they were trying to say, and then the YouTube video they provide the link to for installation instructions is solely a video of them showing you what the light looks like once it’s already assembled.

The product is very nice and unique. Although, the instructions that came with it lack multiple assembly and installation instructions. I am an Architect and know about construction, therefore i was able to assemble and install myself.
