Great Book
I would recommend this book to anyone in HR or Management positions.

Great resource for both beginning and experienced managers, human resources professionals and labor leaders.
The insights and concepts in the book are simple, but effective. While reading the book, it will seem as is you already "know" much of the information, however, the book is organized in a way to assist the reader in utilizing the information effectively.I have found this book useful when training new supervisors or retraining supervisors struggling to respond to "bad attitudes" within their staff. It would be useful for even experienced managers when taking over departments with reputations for being negative and unfriendly.

This is a must read book
When you read it this book you will get that "aha" moment. This book gives you a better understanding on bad attitudes in the workplace and how to manage to survive these attitudes. It is a must read if you are surrounded by 'colleagues' with bad attitudes at work.
