OH MY GOODNESS!! FANTASTIC!
I read the reviews and decided to take the chance. The shipping cost was worth ever dime. The cheese was packed in ice by Gourmet Dash. As for Saint Angel cheese .. it's FRESH, cold and delicious. Absolutely superb service and product! Oh, they added a little gift...a slice of Point Reyes Original Blue cheese ... hummm humm.

Creamy and delicate in flavor
This Brie is my absolute favorite. I’m not fond of cheeses that are terribly strong in flavor or smell. This cheese is rich and creamy and easily spreadable. This cheese is always in my refrigerator and consumed often. Everyone loves it.

Saint Angel is REAL BRIE & it’s “THE TRUTH”
Saint Angel Brie has ruined ALL OTHER “bries” for me. I just can’t have any other. The local store can’t keep it in stock. It takes them a week to get a new truck to deliver the next batch and they know to keep a wheel of it in the refrigerator for me and they have my phone # on hand, as I am a “Plus Member” with this particular chain. In other words, treat yourself and get some w if you can before if flies away from the deli display. Or wherever your store has it. Try it with fruits, like apples or even a crisp pear. Also, sliced strawberries, and even a blackberry or raspberry. Fig jam is wonderful too! Everything is wonderful with this Brie. The Brie stands up on its own beautifully too. It’s buttery, nutty flavour definitely hits your tongue and gobies you that umami feeling and taste, just a bit like shiitake. The mouth-feel is exquisite and definitely wakes up your mouth, throat, and leaves both them and your stomach wanting more, More, MORE!! The first time, it feel like shivering tingles in your mouth, even on your scalp and down your neck. Seriously, this stuff is like food crack. And I’m hooked. I’m just glad it’s legal. And now I found it on Amazon! Where I have an account! 🎉 🙌 Woo-Hoo!!
