It’s just great, okay?
My absolute favorite. I’m allergic to many things and yet this has no allergens, it smells good, and it leaves my hair nice and soft. I stock up on this regularly. It’s the only thing that keeps my scalp not itchy and flaky.

Better than some, worse than some...
THE BOTTLE:Ok, so the bottle seems cool....but the pump provides a very small amount. So, if you have long, thick hair like I do...you’ll need to hit that thing 5 or more times. For me, it’s just easier to use the squeeze part at the bottom. So much easier.SCALP:So, this stuff feels amazing on the scalp. It’s refreshing and feels clean.HAIR:While it feels nice enough when you apply it to your hair, it may not be moisturizing enough if your hair requires heavier moisture amounts.WOULD I BUY THIS?Maybe? It feels great on the scalp...so when I run out I may get more for use just on my scalp. My hair sadly needs to stick with my usual conditioning options.

Smells like paint thinner
Let me preface this review with the fact that I am bald (or at least I choose to be). I use tea tree conditioner on my scalp to help moisturize so I don't have to use a lot of lotion post shower and feel greasy. I really wanted to like this conditioner. I usually enjoy the minty smell of tea tree and the cool tingle it promotes when applying it to my scalp. I can't say I enjoyed any of that with this brand of conditioner. The smell, to me, reminded me of paint thinner and was not enjoyable or invigorating at all. The tingle effect was extremely minor and really only happened after rinsing it off my skin. And even then, I couldn't tell if it was the effect of the tea tree or just the fact that my head had just been rinsed and was now cold. As far as the intended use (my intended use for my hair-free head), it worked as planned. My skin was moisturized and I didn't need to use any lotion after my shower. However, I can't recommend this product for the simple fact that it does not smell great or tingle as I expected.

Works fine, not overpowering tea tree scent
Couple things I liked right from the outset: The bottle states that the conditioner is made in the US, wasn't tested on animals, and has no sulfates or dyes. All good, if those things are important to you.I have very thick, frizzy, wavy hair. The conditioner didn't make my hair look like that of Kenny G or Jason Momoa, but worked almost as well as the L'Oreal conditioner I've been using. It could have done a little better at detangling. The product itself is more of a frosty sort of gel appearance rather than a thick cream. I have a lot of hair so I used a decent amount of it. I also have a pretty poor sense of smell and didn't get a big hit of tea tree, unlike the shampoo I use. But I left it in for a while and it did give that tingle in the scalp, so there is a reasonable amount of tea tree oil in there. I had my partner smell it, and she said it reminded her of Bengay. The bottle is sort of clever, but seems a little unnecessary to me. I ended up using quite a few pumps so will probably just use the squeeze side in the future. The bottle shipped in a bag, not a box, and the pump wasn't locked in place, so there was a bit of product oozing out around the base of the pump, but it wasn't a big deal.Overall, I would give this a three based on its conditioning abilities, but am bumping it up because it's made here in the US and I support their ethos of not testing on animals and keeping additives to a minimum.

Decent conditioner, strange packaging
I thought the packaging on the conditioner was going to be better than it was if we are being honest. The pump was already popped up and leaking when I got it. The conditioner is fairly thin in consistency so the pump wasn't too difficult to use. I did prefer the flip top however when it came time to actually use it. The scent is refreshing and tingles a bit if applied close to the scalp. As far as conditioning goes, it's okay for regular hair or oily hair but for people with damaged hair like myself, it's not the most hydrating.
