I’ve had these on for a little over a month now and it’s been much easier to track my waist measurements with these. Plus, they are so cute! The color has not faded and I have not had any issues with beads falling off or any breaking of any kind.Make sure when you tie yours on that you leave room for sitting and bending. If you feel a little discomfort your first night sleeping in them, that’s normal. Eventually you will get used to it and you will also be motivated to meet your weight-loss goals so that the beads can fall and be less tight. I definitely recommend these for the girlies who don’t like to use the scale as the main tool for progress measurement.

The colors are super cute and they slip on really easy. They feel comfortable and don’t squeeze too tight. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they’re a little thinner than I expected but still really nice overall!

Love the colors of the beads. Trying to find the best fit around the waist for them. Not sure of the ease of use? Do you remove them while bathing or how tight shoudl the be around the waist. I will need to research this.

These are great quality. True African beads. Easy to slide beads off and cut to size.
