Needs to be improved
Heating plates are very small(width and breadth and length also ) as they couldn't hold small ample of hair also. Heating should be more enough to straight the hair but it's heating is very low. Time consuming and didn't even straight the hair.Design is super. Just plates need to be bigger and heating should be more.Just need to improve. I would be waiting for the upgraded version of this same product.

I used it three times and then it stopped working. It was way past the return period so could not return or exchange.

Easy to carry during travel
Product is good to carry during travel but comb heat is less so need more time to get hair set…I like this product
