The book is chalk full of many tips to help one's mindset and performance in any aspect of life. One of my favorites is about GAS Gratitude, Appreciation and Self-Reflection. McCaw comes off as sincere because he lives what he teaches as I have seen him first hand say hi and great total strangers wherever he is and I was in an airport one time when I saw him catch a elderly woman who was going to fall and he caught her and made sure she was alright. We are all our own biggest project and Mindset is your super power gives many practical tips to help you become a better version of yourself.
