Hand Sewn Hand Fringed dual coloured party streamer. Each streamer is approximately 12 ft long but will always be a minimum of 12 ft long and is approximately 3in wide. To achieve the twisted/spikey look just simply hang one end and gently twirl the streamer till you have achieved your desired look, the more twists the spikier the look.
