Have found this product to be very helpful. I first bought it in Nepal , where it is very popular. So very happy I can now buy it in the UK.

Didn't notice any difference to my health or energy levels. Easy to use. Quality looking product. Sizable pit. Didn't improve my sleep quality. Like the fact it's Vegan.

This small but mighty pot is magical at balancing hormones. I take a tiny amount first thing on an empty stomach. Menopause anxiety has disappeared and this pot will last ages.

This is my first time using this product so can't really say if its good or not as i have nothing to compare it to will have to update later on so gave it 3 stars based on that. So after finishing the jar and not having anymore I can say it does make a difference but I didn't notice until after I had finished the jar would recommend this.

Not always easy to totally dissolve. My mind /thinking seems a lot clearer (I'm 62 years old) and I definitely feel physically better. Whether that's mind over matter or not, I don't know, but definitely feel more energised and positive.

I thought I would try this New Shilajit and it has been amazing. My Sleep has improved, my energy levels are at an all time high and I now digest my food so much easier. It has an earthy, strong taste and I would definitely recommend this to anyone starting out on Shilajit.
